Summary of the Role

Outpayce is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security and Compliance Specialist to join our Business Information Security Office (BISO) team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure AI compliance within the organization. The Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing EU AI Act topics, use case understanding and monitoring, third-party risk management (TPRM), and the collection of Key Security Indicators (KSIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for Outpayce. Automation capabilities are highly appreciated.

In this role, you will have a chance to:

AI Compliance:

Ensure that AI-related policies, processes, guidance, and recommendations are adhered to and integrated within Outpayce.

Serve as a key point of contact for AI compliance matters within Outpayce.

Conduct AI Compliance Assessments and ensure compliance by design processes are being embraced.

AI Regulation Topics and Use Case Understanding/Monitoring:

Stay informed about AI regulations and ensure Outpayce's activities align with these regulations.

Monitor AI use cases to ensure they are consistent with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Share regular updates and information on new emerging AI compliance risks within Outpayce.

Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM):

Contribute to third-party risk management and support adherence to privacy and AI requirements.

Contribute to the maintenance and update of the third-party inventory of Outpayce.

Collaborate with service owners to complete third-party assessments and evaluate the need for AI impact assessments.

Key Security Indicators (KSIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) Collection:

Gather and share KSIs and KRIs for Outpayce.

Incorporate yearly objectives and KPIs provided by the Group Data & AI Office (GDAO) into Outpayce's MBOs (Management by Objectives).

Create AI compliance dashboards.

Automation Capabilities:

Identify opportunities for automation within compliance processes and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.

Utilize automation tools to streamline data collection, monitoring, and reporting.

About Ideal Candidate:

Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in AI and risk management.

Understanding of EU AI Act and compliance requirements.

Experience with third-party risk management and vendor assessments.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

Proficiency in automation tools and techniques.

Fluent in English
