Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business;Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities / sales funnel;Focus on North Asia markets.Improve our position with Professional APAC based customer longer term.Identify potentials and the decision makers within the client’s organizationsResearch and build relationships with new marketsLead the CLT(s) to develop proposals that address client’s needs, concerns, and objectives,Lead pricing the solution/service and obtain proposal approval;Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.Responsible for Net sales and profit targetsClient Retention
Manage existing business, deliver plans on sales and profitsPresent new products and services and enhance existing relationships;Work with countries to meet customer needs during service delivery;Arrange and lead internal and external client debriefsManage Quarterly Business ReviewsManage the CLT(s), customer innovation projects etc.Plan and manage the participation in International conferencesData Management and Analytics:
Key aspect of responsibility includes data management and analytics of existing as well as potential customers within Greater China and beyond for assigned accounts. This includes participation in discussion on performance, gap analysis, if any and if required, improved action plan for any of the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
