Job Responsibilities

1) Laboratory Evaluation of Industrial Process Water Solutions

Design and execute lab experiments to assess water treatment strategies (e.g., pretreatment, scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition) for industrial accounts and requirements.Estimate the performance and function of treatment products (such as scale inhibition rate, corrosion rate, compatibility), optimize the formulation and application programs.

2) Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) & Evaporator Technology Study

Participate in the development of zero emission processes, research treatment technologies for high salt wastewater and concentrated solutions (such as membrane concentration, evaporation crystallization, etc.), analyze scaling problems in evaporators, and propose solutions.

3) Laboratory technology and standardization

Complete laboratory application reports or technical proposals to support customer on-site applications.Establish laboratory evaluation standard process based on specific application conditions (referring to industry standards such as ASTM and GB/T) for new application.

4) Cross functional collaboration and innovation

Communicate with internal and external clients, understand their requirements and application key points, participate in providing customized treatment solutions. Priority will be given to those with on-site work experience.Track new technologies in the field of industrial water treatment, such as green scale inhibitors and low-carbon evaporation processes, participate in launching laboratory innovation projects.
