Position Summary:
Working remotely from a home office, the School Data Coordinator position is responsible for contacting withdrawn Connection Academy families to determine whether the student continued schooling. The School Data Coordinator position is also responsible for verifying a reported schooling option with the receiving school/organization through the receipt of official school documents. This position will report to the Supervisor of the School Data Coordinator team as a part of the Customer Engagement & Retention Department.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contact withdrawn Connections Academy families via outbound phone calls, emails and text messaging to determine whether a student continued schooling. Verify next schooling information with the reported schooling entity. Collect verification documents from official school organizations and ensure these documents meet state standards and upload official documents to student accounts. Use licensed skip tracing software to ensure the most effective contact information is used. Organize and complete assigned workflow to ensure effective time management, accurate data integrity and efficient communication. Maintain student accounts and records, documenting, and logging information into the online systems accurately. Protects the privacy of student account information through compliance with federal student privacy law (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)). Other duties as assigned.

Call center and customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work in a virtual environment. Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
