The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Journeyman-level Scheduler to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II).  

Responsibilities:

Creates and updates schedules on a weekly basis to reflect changes, enabling the Government to properly plan for total lifecycle management activities, including maintenance, renewal, replacement, licensing, or any other lifecycle management activities 

Notifies management of potential risk areas in the schedule 

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of tools and techniques related to the resource-loaded, and prioritized IMS and proposed schedule for implementation 

Coordinates with Business Operations Lead and Project Managers to incorporate team schedules into the IMS 

Coordinates with subcontractor teammates and Government personnel regarding schedule-related milestones and attends and participates in meetings to discuss schedule milestones and the IMS 

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments 

Plans and leads major technology assignments 

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments 

May supervise others 

Produces and/or is responsible for deliverable(s)


​Qualifications:

Required: 

Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) 

4–7 years of relevant applicable experience  

US citizen with active Secret security clearance 

Possesses knowledge of project scheduling tools and techniques, with desired background in government or defense-related environments

Demonstrates experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and lifecycle management processes, ensuring alignment with project goals and government standards

Exhibits ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and government personnel

Demonstrates proficiency in risk identification and mitigation within complex project timelines

Experience in government contracting, defense projects, or similar industries with focus on resource-loaded scheduling and change management is highly desirable

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
