Job Description

At Robert Bosch Semiconductor, we're at the forefront of innovation, crafting the essential building blocks for tomorrow's technology. We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SAP Specilait for Production/Quality to join our talented team in Roseville and play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Supports in integration of SAP POE with MES-System (Promis).Support the SAP Key Users Community in the daily business operationEnsures training & documentation of SAP processes.Responsible to consolidate SAP-business-requirements of the plant.Describes SAP-business-requirements as BR´s (Business Requirement) in BBM.Supports and proposes process improvement, process definitions, process design and standardizations for the plant.Local contact in the plant for ME/ORG, PST (Process Solution Teams) of BBM as well for BD (Bosch Digital).Responsible to support central projects like Technical Upgrade of SAP, upcoming S/4 HANA Rollout, etc.Supports cross plant communication within ME (Mobility Electronics).

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.3 - 5 years professional experience in SAP R3 in Production module and Plant maintenance or Quality is a plusExperience applying established standards, policies, and procedures to meet business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.Demonstrated organizational skills including excellent priority management.Experiences in customizing, implementation, interfaces of SAP and MES-Systems preferable.Knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good team player with proficiency / experience working in a multi-cultural & global environment with virtual teams.Proactive and self-motivated.

Additional InformationThis role will work on site in Roseville, CA.This positions works overtime and on-call when necessary.Travel (including internationally) as neededIndefinite US work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $120,000.  Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
