What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP Mexico Intern – Training and Adoption
Location: Mexico City or Monterrey
Expected start date: June/July 2025
Duration: 18 Months
Schedule: 30 HR/week
Support customer onboarding and provide assistance with Training and Adoption Cloud products.
Assist with user activation and access setup.
Help customers and partners generate and customize usage reports.
Guide customers and partners in developing their learning journeys.
Respond to inquiries regarding license consumption.
Handle inquiries related to invoicing and booking processes.
Assist customers with purchasing SAP Learning Hub through the SAP Store.
Run reports and track KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of programs.
Conduct follow-up activities with customers in coordination with the sales team.
Translate training content from English and Spanish to Portuguese.
Coordinate customer-facing and virtual events, ensuring high-quality standards.
Gain an understanding of SAP Training and Adoption courses, participant databases, and reporting systems.
Learn to navigate and utilize available reporting tools.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategy.
Collaborate with global and regional Training and Adoption teams to support campaign execution.
Manage the translation process for marketing assets.
Engage with the regional Demand Generation team for campaign alignment and support.
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Educational Requirements: Currently enrolled in an academic program (Ideally: business, data or related)
Language Requirements: English (Fluent/Advanced – Written & Spoken)
Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to engage team members effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the ability to think critically and solve challenges in the sales process.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends to support sales efforts.
Meet your team:
The SAP Training and Adoption team is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join us for an 18-month internship based in Mexico. In this role, you will support various Training and Adoption initiatives, including post-sales activities related to the SAP Learning Hub. You will work closely with SSAs and Learning Delivery teams to help customers and partners effectively consume and adopt SAP Learning Hub.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 0 - 0(MXN) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
