What you’ll do: Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Total Rewards Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid) As a Total Rewards Intern, your responsibilities will include: Supporting Benefits Programs: Help with the day-to-day operations and management of employee benefits programs throughout Latin America, with a special focus on Brazil. Handling Employee Queries: Review and respond to questions and requests from employees and managers. This will involve working with the team to manage and resolve tickets or inquiries in a timely manner. Assisting on Special Projects: Participate in a variety of special projects as needed. These projects may involve research, data analysis, or the implementation of new initiatives. Improving Processes: Assist in identifying opportunities for process standardization and improvement. This could involve streamlining tasks, finding ways to make operations more efficient, or helping to automate routine activities. These tasks will provide you with a broad exposure to operations within the Total Rewards team and help you develop valuable skills in both benefits administration and operational excellence. What you bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of two years remaining until graduation. Fluency in Portuguese and English Positive and Eager-to-Learn Attitude Advanced knowledge in MS-Office package, particularly excel Ability to deal with numbers and mathematical calculations Strong communication skills Good analytical skills Oriented to results Sense of urgency Meet your team The Total Rewards Intelligence & Operations team focuses on delivering insight to impact.
