What you’ll do:
Location: Sofia (office attendance 3 times a week is mandatory)
Expected start date: asap (6 months contract)
Student status is mandatory
People & Culture Local Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Help to organize Day 1 for new employees
Administrate personal file of employees
Solve HR related questions of employees
Support administrative tasks like print documents, scan documents, collect signatures / documents from employees, help with archiving of documents
Liaise with HR colleagues inside and outside of the team
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Active student status in accredited university
Fluency in written and verbal Bulgarian & English
Ability to plan and organize work well
Ability to work with confidential information
Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
Customer oriented
Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
Excellent MS Office skills
