We are seeking a dynamic working student to bolster our team's efforts in Hungary and throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Join our esteemed Hungarian Customer Advisory team, renowned for its diverse expertise in both business and IT realms, shaping the enterprise application landscape in Hungary. What you'll do
As an operations intern, you will serve as the key player, enhancing team activities and supporting our broader organizational transformation initiatives within the regional context with a strong focus on project coordination and execution. We prioritize a target personality over specific qualifications, seeking individuals who excel in organization, possess a desire for efficiency, and thrive in multicultural environments. While experience in digital content creation is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. However, this role offers opportunities to refine presentation skills and delve into digital content creation, such as blog posts or short videos.
Given the collaborative nature of some tasks, on-site presence is expected, although we offer flexibility to accommodate your educational commitments.
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Duration: 12 months + possible prolongation (or until the conditions of being an active student are met)
Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (available schedules are 24 / 30 / 32 / 40 hours per week)
Main Responsibilities:
Orchestrating internal projects and aligning with stakeholders – taking charge of timelines and deliveries Crafting internal communication content Managing the team's internal SharePoint site Preparing and finetuning presentations Spearheading the team's social activities, including team building and offsite events
What you bring
Enrollment as an active full-time student (aktív, nappali hallgatói jogviszony) in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, applicable to the related field Fluency in Hungarian language Proficiency in upper-intermediate English, proficiency will be evaluated Ability to work autonomously following guidance Commitment to delivering high-quality work Demonstrating respect, fairness, and consideration towards customers and colleagues Embracing a proactive, driven mindset to propel projects forward

Taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring timely delivery Navigating various aspects of work with direction Handling straightforward tasks independently and offering support in content creation
