About the team
The Corporate Sales Innovation Team EMEA is an international team focusing on identifying and incubating projects designed to enhance volume, velocity, value, and scalability within the Corporate business segment in our region. We sponsor, test and implement projects to improve our business in these key dimensions.
The team members and the wider organization is spread across the EMEA region with Hubs in Barcelona, Cairo and Dublin.
We are a seeking a motivated working student to join our team as a Communication Support Working Student. SAP is focused on providing excellent cloud services to our clients, and effective communication plays a crucial role in achieving this goal. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of communication while supporting both internal and external communication efforts.
What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern- Communication Support
Location: Barcelona
Expected start date to end date: 1st June 2025 – 30th November 2025
In this role, you’ll:
• Provide support in creating and editing written content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, blog posts, and social media platforms.
• Assist in managing and updating the company's social media accounts, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement and analytics.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in communication to contribute to the development of effective communication strategies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's internal communication platforms, such as intranet and internal newsletters, to facilitate effective communication among employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and contribute to the creation of compelling content for marketing materials, presentations, and other communication collateral.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback received through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in communication, writing, and social media, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of communication practices.
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as business administration, communication, marketing, or journalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts for business purposes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and software is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments.
• A passion for effective communication and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Prior experience in another SAP organization is a plus.
