What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - BTP Core Platform Services Support Engineer
Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)

Do you enjoy delivering a great customer experience and interacting with customers and colleagues all over the world? Do you have a knack for digging into problems and constantly expanding and sharing your knowledge? If you answered yes, this role may be a great fit for you".

In this role, you will:

Help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors through Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation or verifying the configuration.

Share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues and participating in forums.

Learn technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring and e-Learning trainings.

Report errors to development teams when needed. - Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues through all support channels.

Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.

Cooperate closely with other Technical Support teams and Development Support.

Be a professional team member within the Technical Support organization.

 
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Studying IT or related with at least two years until graduation. 

Has advanced English (oral and written) and is confident to be in contact with customers and colleague globally via e-mail, chat and phone. 

Nice to have: basic knowledge in SQL, OS / Linux commands and/or programming logic.

The ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis 

Strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written). 

Team player and contributes to a great environment. 

Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented individual.

  
Meet your team
BTP Core Platform Services is responsible to provide end-to-end support to cloud and on-premise SAP customers that have any solution based on Business Technology Platform. Our team handles 6 different product areas in Brazil and, in this position, we are recruiting for our Software Logistics product area, which helps our customers with installation, migration, upgrades and transport of solutions in their landscapes.

All 6 product area teams are very closely integrated, providing a great environment for learning and development of its team members.
