What you'll do:

You will work in a multinational team in close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers from Asia Pacific. Next to technical skills, proficiency in English language is key, and Japanese speaking will be an advantage.

 

Your main tasks:

Receive cases from customer and acknowledge receipt to the Customer comprehensive problem description Translate case in Japanese into English Check information provided by the customer and provide solution to customer if you find it by searching in support database. Forward to next support level if you can provide solution.

 

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Undergraduate Degree in Finance, science or engineering is an advantage Excellent analytical skills Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken, written and customer management) Open and professional communication style Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers Can work minimum 4 days for at least 6 months duration Enrolled full-time and will graduate in 2026
