Job tasks including help customer to solve their product issue through SAP incidents, SAP chat support and SAE channels. Product scope will focus on SAP BTP integration and foundations. Next to technical skills, proficiency in English language is key (proficiency in Japanese is a plus). + You’ll support customer on site activities in Beijing site where required. **Who you are:** We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. + Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. + Fluent English and Chinese communication skill. + Business knowledge is a plus + Ability to work in teams + Willingness to learn + A clear understanding of how experience with SAP can kick start your career ambition + Can work for 3-5 days a week for at least 6 months.
