Key Accountabilities:
Manage and drive CD Capability to support UFS business growthWork closely with MCO Capability Building Manager and National Sales Managers (PUSH, PULL, and Chains) to define key skills, knowledge, and attitude (SKA) of each CD position, identify gap, come up with plan, and implement signed off plan to uplift CD Capability to achieve company goals and objectivesCoordinate with Marketing, Chef, and Operation Team to deliver compelling selling stories, effective selling tools, and ensure perfect implementation and executionLead and conduct training courses and/or workshop including in-field coaching to ensure fully understanding and right execution for the whole sales force Provide valid and insightful information to evaluate performance of the whole sales force and to strengthen in-field execution in all levelsInvolve and participate in some projects up to business requirementSkills and Experience Required:
