Sales Support Intern (6-month) - Tan Binh District (HCMC)

1/ Main Tasks:

Support the customer-facing organization (Key Account/ Field Sales/ TeleSales and Trade Lane Teams) by: 

Prepare promotional presentations, business reviews Prepare quotations and contracts (including rate proposals and proposal writing) Support the customer planning and implementation process Provide customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales Leads Support the customer contact by preparing customer documentsPrepare Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports, including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customersAnalyze Sales Index



2/ Requirements:

COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 4 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptableAbility to work effectively, independently and in a Team environmentGood administrative skills, results-driven driven and detail-orientedCan-do attitude, hard-working and enthusiasticExperience with MS Office e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferredBackground with Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or MarketingGood at English skills (both speaking & writing)
