What You Will Do
Drive Digital Transformation: Help customers leverage Oracle's integrated cloud platform to drive meaningful change, growth, and efficiency in their businesses. Customer-Centric Selling: Understand each customer’s unique needs, present tailored solutions, and build value-driven partnerships. Create Business Impact: Develop and present compelling business value propositions, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in HCM solutions. Collaborate and Strategize: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product Development, and Marketing, to create and execute winning sales strategies. Accelerate Growth: Drive revenue by exceeding targets, generating new leads, and nurturing pipeline growth through strategic campaigns and events. Stay Ahead of Trends: Deepen your knowledge of industry dynamics and Oracle’s product portfolio to provide forward-thinking guidance to customers.What You’ll Bring
HCM Sales Expertise: minimum 5 years of experience selling HCM solutions, with strong consultative selling and closing skills in complex sales cycles. Passion for Technology and Transformation: Enthusiasm for digitalization and the transformative power of cloud technology. Strategic Mindset and Adaptability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and adapt to a dynamic environment. Relationship Builder: Skilled at creating and maintaining rewarding client relationships. A self-motivated individual who can work independently and is focused on success Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German, with authorization to work in Germany.
