The bank is looking to open five branches in major towns in Kenya including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret. It is inviting applications from willing and qualified candidates to join their dynamic workforce. As a tradition, the bank does not insist on prior experience as it subjects successful candidates through vigorous training to meet the demands of the industry and their customers. The reason for delinking prior experience as a qualification demand is also directed to encourage fresh out of campus individuals to apply.
