As our Sales & Operations Support Manager, you will be expected to work closely together by involving in Customer Development (CD) Planning Meeting with our CD team on forecast accuracy to build into volume plan and ensure demand phasing have sufficient stocks for the current month and the following months. You will be expected to manage short-term requests from the business.

Besides that, you will be expected also to be the key person to contact related business requests from Distributor on LeverEdge system for Malaysia and work with our Third-Party Support that includes master data setup in Leveredge system.

Your Role/Key Responsibilities:

Forecast Accuracy & Forecast Demand

Forecast consolidation from Customer Development (CD) team for the current month and for the next 2-3 months.

Ensure all demand phasing sufficiently to cover demand for the current month and the following months.

Advise on the additional stock request for the current month for stock allocation.

Liaise regularly with Planner and Customer Service for the incoming stocks against customer forecasts and orders.

Share weekly gaps demand vs forecast to CD team & forecast accuracy during CD monthly meeting and identify gaps for action.

Involve in Customer Development (CD) Planning Meeting

Involve in CD Planning Meeting with Key Customer by synergizing the external requirements vs internal challenges to minimise risk.

Manage proprietary & Chains’ forecasts and phasing within the shelf-life matrix.

Business Waste

Manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks (SLOB) by highlighting slow and non-moving stocks to the business to generate appropriate actions.

System IT LeverEdge Support

Master Data Maintenance for Price and Hierarchy Product Master Category, Location.

Supporting business process for Distributor recruitment and termination, business request from Distributor.

User acceptance test (UAT) representative for Unilever Food Solutions (UFS).

What You’ll Need To Succeed
 

(The baseline/mandatory requirements from the job skills profile should be described, including qualifications/experiences preferred.)

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business operations, business excellence, demand and supply in Supply Chains.

Solid analytical skills, bias for action, responsibility and accountability.

Project management skills.

Strong team spirit, proactive approach to issues and opportunities.
