The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team by optimizing sales processes, managing data, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is critical in enabling the sales team to focus on client acquisition and retention by providing accurate insights and administrative support.
Process Optimization:Streamline and improve sales processes and workflows.Ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresSales Data Management:Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the sales team.Assist in forecasting and pipeline management.Sales Support:Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.Support the onboarding of new sales team members.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance.Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve sales outcomes.Tool and System Management:Manage and optimize sales tools and software.Train sales team members on tools and processes.The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.Experience:2 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent organizational and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailLanguage:Fluency in English and Germany required, additional European languages are an advantage.Characteristics:Strong management skills including superior written and verbal communication skills.Must have solid understanding and experience in hospitality industryMust have high attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong Interpersonal skills and results driven.Successful budget planning and administration skills.Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Ability to present to large audiences.Ability to work well under pressure.
