About this opportunity:

We are seeking an analytical, sales and customer-focused individual with outstanding collaboration, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of sales processes to serve as Sales Operations Manager for one of our Customer Units (CU).

In this role, you will accelerate sales, efficiency and performance through the use of sales tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & important metrics, business intelligence, commercial insights and common structures.  You will build and maintain relationships within the CU sales community and across Ericsson, securing close partnerships in order to identify and execute improvements within the sales structure framework.

 

What you will do:

Drive continuous improvement and development of Sales Processes and Tools (e.g., Salesforce), with a focus on simplification and automationSecure adherence to related directives and guidelines, effective funnel management and pipeline quality assurance Drive Sales Operations change programs in collaboration with sales community and supporting unitsProvide E2E sales tool and process oversight, reporting, efficiency, guidance, and support for CUDrive CU-specific compliance in collaboration with global and MANA Compliance teams, including training, self-testing, communication, compliance roadmap monitoring, and serving as Compliance SPOC for CUSupport sales tools and process improvement to align with third-party management process guidelines and monitor/report the sales pipeline for DAG-related KPIsDrive Strategic Business Planning at the CU level - coordinating with all CU leaders to set expectations and objectives for future 3 years.Responsible for driving the CU to define annual CU Level OKR's and maintain the tool and support with updating monthly results.  (this includes definition, understand, and represent the CU on OKR initiatives)Direct interface with Strategy and Technology team on behalf of the CU.The skills you bring

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related subject area 5+ years of experience in Sales or supporting a Sales teamDedicated professional who leads through ambiguity, and independently runs projects and activities with minimal direction Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on structure and executionForce for change who is open to new insights, accepts challenges and leads with positive energyCollaboration skills, and ability to influence dynamic teams, make space for all voices, and drive open items to effective resolutionClear communication, collaboration, planning, organization, and driver of resultsSkills in Project Management, Ericsson internal processes and Business administrationExperience in sales management, corporate governance, sales operations, sales process, process improvement, and change management experience

Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

$108,800 - $145,000

 

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.

 

Your Financial Security

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.

 

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
