We have a great opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Head Office based in Lidcombe (Sydney) on a Permanent basis. This is a Junior role suited to a candidate with some business experience or a recent graduate from a Business or Finance degree who now wants to step into the business world in a highly visible role supporting the Sales Team.

Your role will be to assist in the insightful analysis of pricing issues as well as:

Conducting customer and product profitability analysis Supporting and enhancing Sales Tools and Apps  Providing training to New Sales Employees on the Company Sales tool Supporting Commissions process Implementing new pricing models Preparing monthly Sales KPI reports Supporting the day-to-day Sales Operations through Ad Hoc activities

To succeed in the role, you will have skills and experience including:

A degree majoring in either Business or Finance Strong Microsoft skills, in particular Excel/Google sheets (lookups/pivots; knowledge of macros/google apps script will be a strong plus) Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at multiple levels of the organisation Good time management and ability to work under pressure Be articulate and persuasive with the ability to influence others through sound business judgment
