Purpose of this role:
This role will be responsible to deliver monthly H&W sellout sales based on aligned target, seek and realize TTS saving via net revenue management (NRM) and promotion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Sellout Sales Target Achievement
Closely work with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and GM to propose monthly sellout sales target in consideration of offtake sales, channel inventories and full year sales target
Reconcile & allocate stock for sales channels
Manage distributors to ensure on-time placing sales orders and control trade spend
Lead sales operation cycle and manage sales spend
Work with cross-function teams to complete monthly & yearly sales operation cycle: from offtake plan (building block) with sales to demand/supply planning with supply chain team.
Lead team to complete monthly sales spend budget application
Lead team to verify/reconcile actual monthly sales spend and complete reimbursement
Manage Trade Terms & Pricing
Manage distributors trade terms and seek saving opportunities
Align channel & promotion pricing scheme and monitor in-market execution
Manage channel profitability
Set reasonable channel ROI target, track progress and continue seeking opportunities to improve
Work with sales team to improve promotion effectiveness & efficiency
Candidate Requirement
Skill Sets
4+ year of experience in eCommerce sales operation and trade marketing. Proven results in supporting sales growth and realizing efficiencies improvement.
Strong influence, negotiation & collaboration skills. Demonstrate good collaboration with cross-function teams. Able to discuss/debate with cross function teams in a constructive way, get the support needed and influence others to achieve the common goals.
Team management experience. Hold self and team accountable for results.
