This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for growing the Surgical Solutions and Protection business across India. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in the medical devices industry, with at least 2 years in Pan-India sales and 3+ years managing teams. Key responsibilities include leading commercial strategy, managing a cross-functional team, and driving nationwide business growth. Strong knowledge of hospital procurement and surgical workflows is essential. Experience in areas like orthopaedic implants, MIS, or cardiac devices is preferred. P&L exposure is a plus. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a focus on results.
