**Main Purpose of Job**
Plans, organizes, and controls the activities of the regional sales management and sales force at a territory level, ensuring achievement of sales revenue targets and profit levels for all products / services. Formulates, evaluates, and implements sales objectives and strategies from the individual account level on up, according to the overall company's objectives and policies as part of plan process. Sets annual sales targets for individual members of the sales team and monitors on a quarterly basis. Consults and provides advice on sales issues to the commercial director and General Manager. Works collaboratively with marketing, regulatory, clinical and other interrelated departments to achieve business objectives.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Plan and drive towards achieving company vision and business objectives, as well as divisional mission and strategies
• Execute all sales goals
• Build and maintain strong/ strategic customer, KOL, and distributor (where applicable) relationships
• Manage operating expenses and budget effectively
• Comply with corporate policies and procedures
• Attract, motivate (reward and recognition programs) and develop Sales staff (selling skills, product knowledge etc.)
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Minimum Bachelor Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage.
+ Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage.
+ Knowledge of the country culture and business practices is a plus
+ In depth market knowledge and understanding the market trends
+ Financial terminology, procedures and processes
+ Communication and negotiation skill
