What will you do as a Sales Manager
Proactively identify and secure new business through meetings, negotiations, trade shows, and site inspections.Be responsible for achieving budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and assist in maximising profitability.Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive room, meeting, and FB sales.Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategies and capture opportunities.Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales campaigns.Negotiate contracts to maximise profitability while meeting client needs.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.Represent the hotel at local and international events to enhance brand visibility.Maintain a positive, dynamic approach to achieve sales targets and support team success.About you
With excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills, you excel in seizing market opportunities and generating revenue streams. Your adaptability and proactive approach ensure alignment with business objectives.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
