Sales Manager

Key tasks:     

Developing, planning and implementing strategies that align with business goals to promote growth Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key stakeholders (architects, Installers, General Contractors, Investors etc) Facilitate acquiring new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing) Analysing the construction investment market and identifying business opportunities Achieving sales and marketing targets Managing and supporting a team Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for General Manager

 

Required Skills:    

Prior experience in construction industry in B2B sales. Experience in low voltage building installations would be ideal Profound understanding of construction business  Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment. Strong pro-sales attitude and focus on contact with decision-makers at every stage of the project Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Excellent interpersonal competences, and negotiation skills Advanced command in English Good command in Excel
