Sales Growth Director, Fusebox - Verity Solutions - Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven sales representative to sell our Fusebox suite of inventory management solutions to physicians practices and healthcare centers. Accountable for meeting quarterly sales quotas to ensure consistent corporate revenue growth.  Ability to effectively communicate a sales value proposition for Fusebox software offerings and follow a defined sales process is essential. This is an individual contributor sales role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within infusion centers and grow the product portfolio to existing clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within accounts.Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations to closing deals.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, account management and product development to ensure seamless implementations and customer satisfaction.Leverage Verity’s CRM application Salesforce to maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunity pipeline and adhere to the defined steps in in the Verity Sales process.Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.Accurately forecast expected sales bookings in a timely manner.Work with Inside Sales to prospect and engage with new leads through targeted lead development campaigns.Assist marketing and sales leadership in webinars, prospecting events and represent Verity Solutions at industry events and conferences.Lead the Verity’s response team for RFP’s that result from your prospective accounts.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 

BA or BS or equivalent experience.Must have 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience. Infusion center knowledge and experience is a plus.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with articulate, clear messaging.Must have productive home-based office setting with high-speed internet service.Experience and comfort level interacting with VP and C-Level contacts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Must be able to operate a PC and exhibit strong MS Office skills.Strong experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.Ability to compile, analyze and report on sales metrics.Detail oriented with strong organization skills.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and travel as needed.

Working Conditions:

The job conditions for this position are in a home office setting.  Employees in this position use a company-supplied PC and must comply with all security protocols. Web or phone conversations are expected on an on-going basis throughout the day and a professional appearance presence in video conferencing is required.  Travel is expected to be up to 25% of the time.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
