Sales Executive

**Description:**
**Duties and responsibilities related to theSales Executive** **role:**
+ Oversee the daily operations of the sales office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email and booking platforms
+ Prepare and distribute sales-related materials including proposals, contracts and invoices
+ Maintain an organised records of sales activities, client communications, and booking details
+ Update client appointment notes and follow-up actions
+ Coordinate invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional events
+ Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics
+ Assist in preparing presentations and reports
**Qualifications:**
+ Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
+ Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Executive or Assistant Manager in hotel operations
+ Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
