How Will You Contribute to the Company? Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking an energetic and uniquely talented engineer for Ericsson Enterprise 5G Solution that provides enterprise customers with Private Cellular Network for business critical applications and cellular connectivity needs, including neutral host solutions. This sales engineer will help to scale the market for enterprise 5G and will work together with an energetic team that has excitement and passion about computer networks and making it fun and easy to use.
What you will do:
• Manage Enterprise 5G related End-Customer and Partner engagements through to completion.
• Partner with sales executives with solution selling into assigned account base.
• Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in sophisticated sales cycles.
• Successfully match customer pain points and requirements to proposed solutions.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
• Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses. Promote, conduct and manage Proof of Concepts, trials, and demonstrations in the field.
• Document customer and industry use cases for internal and external use.
• Provide customers and prospects with hands on configuration assistance and training.
• Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D and Product Management teams for future product improvements.
• Collect and detail competitive intelligence.
• Work with product owners to understand and fine-tune requirements
• Work closely with service teams to deliver robust networking solutions
• Investigate and resolve complex networking issues, collaborating with support and operations teams
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Introduce innovative solutions to improve performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree supported by 5-7+ years of demonstrated technical success in pre-sales solution engineering in 3GPP cellular technologies.
• Profound knowledge in Core Network, Radio and O&M domains.
• In-Depth Understanding of the Enterprise (B2B) Market including the dominant industrial verticals and their use cases
• Experience with security and enterprise IT such as routing, VPN, LAN, WAN, SDWAN.
• Experience with enterprise OT
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to pursue consultative sales approaches
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to distill sophisticated technical concepts into understandable language to any level of audience.
• Outstanding professional and communications skills including the ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios, resolve conflict, influence preconceptions, and overcome objections.
• Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a track record of consistent achievement.
• A strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, start-up, team-oriented environment.
