At our Isando site in South Africa we have an opportunity for a strong Sales Account Coordinator.
In this role, you will provide our sales department with sales support, operational advice and secretary services to assist them in performing their sales duties successfully.
As our Sales Account Coordinator, you will be our first point of contact for people inside and outside of the organization. You will facilitate project coordination and cross-collaboration between the different sales teams.

**Your key responsibilities:**
· Create trustful and meaningful relationship with our Account Managers, allowing for smooth delegation of tasks to focus on business development
· Handle incoming communication (telephone calls, e-mails, requests including Leads – as needed), forwarding them to the right people according to priorities, secure follow-ups, and checking deadlines.
· Handle product information, documentation, questionnaires, sampling, process them via standard procedures in place and follow up including reminders.
· Work together with internal functions (CQM, RAQM, Supply, CX, MDM…) at local and HQ level to ensure required support.
· Coordinate the support on Synergy projects between Ingredient Solutions (ISOL) and Taste Sales Teams by enhancing clear communication (internal and towards customers/distributors) and information sharing
· Support the roll-out of integrated tools and ways of working according to IMA region needs and company decisions.
· Screen, prioritize and retrieve relevant information to support assigned team (AMs within a specific Business Unit/Business Group Segments or Cross Segment).
· Support in Sales Contract and Documents Signatures and storage as required.
· Support assigned team in tracking and handling CCR Products Quality complaints to ensure resolution and closure with the best timing - I-CCR tool.
· Support organizing customer visits and local/regional events including arrange conference room, lunch, report to security, doc’s, presentations and minutes as well as participating as required (exceptionally)
· Provide Sales statistics extractions & analysis (as required by assigned team), e.g. in PowerBi and Business Warehouse
· Support in creation of Customers Master Data/ Quads Tool and ensure data quality within CRM system (Accounts/Contacts/Opportunities)
· Contribute into projects implementation including regional ones.
· Provide support on country-specific/regional requirements related to sales (e.g. custom clearance, specific documentation)
· Provide administrative, secretarial support as needed, including onboarding of new Salespeople as per local procedures.
· Contacting Headquarter to record the registry changes communicated by the customers.
· Arrange meetings, travel and accommodation as required and support external event organization.
· Contribute in increasing Customer satisfaction by providing added value to Customer relationship with regards to Sales Account Coordinator responsibilities and work on improvements, together with Account Managers and other supporting functions involved.

**You bring:**
· Experience and demonstratable administration, organization and reporting ability using CRM, shared platforms, SAP.
· Proficiency of Microsoft applications.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident personality, as well as a high capacity for learning and personal drive.
· Accurate, solution-oriented, collaborative and customer friendly communication style.
· Very good command of English (both written and verbal). French language an advantage.
