Job Purpose: Training Analyst
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Associate for Training to join our esteemed team. The associate will be instrumental in spearheading employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and competency enhancement across the organization.
Employee Onboarding and Training:
Support robust onboarding programs to assimilate new hires efficiently. Conduct comprehensive training sessions to equip employees with job-specific skills and knowledge. Create and curate training materials, manuals, and presentations to facilitate effective learning experiences.Assessment and Proficiency Evaluation:
Design and administer assessments to gauge employee proficiency levels. Analyze assessment data to identify training needs and areas for performance enhancement.Job Aids and Process Documentation:
Support in refining the job aids and process documentation to ensure clarity and adherence to best practices. Maintain a centralized repository of training resources and materials for accessibility and continuity.Global Training Delivery and Support:
Support in developing strategic training roadmap for portfolio groups, aligning with organizational objectives. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to pinpoint skill gaps and customize training interventions accordingly. Establish a robust feedback mechanism to solicit input and continuously improve training programs. Deliver impactful training sessions to stakeholders across diverse regions, including US, UK, CA, APAC, BENELUX, and DACH. Extend support for training requirements in new geographies as part of organizational expansion initiatives.Upskilling and Development Initiatives:
Identify opportunities for upskilling and professional development within the team. Organize and facilitate skill enhancement sessions and workshops to foster continuous learning culture.Communication and Updates:
Disseminate timely communications regarding important updates, policies, and procedural changes. Curate and distribute quarterly newsletters to keep employees abreast of developments and industry insights.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business Administration or a relevant field, along with certification in training and development Proven track record 1.5 years in training, onboarding, and talent development roles within a corporate setting. Should have knowledge of creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and job aids to support consistent and efficient operational workflows. Sound understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, workflows and training evaluation metrics.Skills
Proficiency in developing training content, manuals, and multimedia presentations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels. Certifications such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) are advantageous. Familiarity with training software/tools and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus. Strong analytical acumen, organizational prowess, and time-management capabilities. Multilingual will be a preferred skill.
