DescriptionWe are hiring for a Rooms Division Manager to join our pre-opening team for our Kempinski Hotel Brazzaville who will be responsible for the operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, achieving highest guest satisfaction through continuously increasing service levels while optimizing efficiency, occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities\nParticipate in development and preparation of hotels strategic plan.\nPreparation of budget and monitoring of revenues.\nProfit and loss responsibility. \nCoordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize room occupancy, rates and profits.\nOptimize revenue by sales-promoting activities and collaboration with Revenue Management in order to achieve the best possible Revenue Penetration Market Share in the market.\nControl the duty roster for sub-departments guaranteeing quality as well as considering the highest personnel cost efficiency.\nOversee all labour cost controls within budget limits and occupancy variances to maximize productivity.\nCommunicate management strategy and targets to their department heads and line staff and ensure implementation.\n
Ensure and communicate up-to-date procedures for all safety relevant measures with the Fire & Safety team.
Conduct daily walk throughs to ensure quality standards and cleanliness in front and back of the house areas.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nFluent in French & English.\nTwo (2) years experience in a similar position in a renown international 5 star hotel\n8-10 years experiences in the luxury hotel industry\nExperience in Housekeeping and Front Office\nTechnical use of Opera\nMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n
