Role Responsibilities:HR Analytics and Insights:Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for analytics and governance within the Employee Experience function.Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to present clear and actionable insights.Partner with HRBPs, Employee Experience teams, and business leaders to identify key metrics and performance indicators.Conduct data analyses to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement.Transform sophisticated data into simplified, impactful insights for customers to support decision-making.Rewards Reporting and Governance:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data to support the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and long-term incentive plans.Maintain and update the reporting matrix, ensuring it aligns with operational and governance needs.Conduct quality checks, investment modeling, and prepare high-level reports such as CHRO dashboards.Address and resolve known issues, including those related to international transfers, ensuring smooth data management.Flexibility is key to our success.
