Revenue Planning Manager

Revenue Operations facilitates commercial vision and aligns functional strategies for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. It unifies commercial processes and frameworks (e.g., customer segmentation, buyer personas, sales process). Revenue Operations actively coordinates end-to-end commercial processes and business planning activities. It aligns recurring business reviews and performance management across functions. The organization is responsible for end-to-end commercial technology and data and supports execution of functional objectives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

Planning process

Implements and supports a continued evolution of critical annual planning processes.

Collaborate on annual sales targets (quota) from the LTP.

Cascade down sales quotas at the individual level (based on historical data, forecast, market dynamics, etc.)

Support territory plan, including detailed sales activities plan and portfolio of accounts.

Implement Planning Calendar in coordination with the regions and stakeholders.

Drive and improve data-driven decision-making

Drive additional opportunities/gaps by territory through reporting & analytics and provide recommendations for improvement/growth actions.

Contribute on the design and the implementation of a continuous planning model. Interacts with internal Analytics teams and DTS to accelerate the digitalization of planning process.

Support sales teams in the commercial efforts

Design and disseminate account planning templates.

Train and guide sales reps on how to use the templates most effectively and monitor the adoption/usage.

Initiative reporting and communication

Prepare plans, targets and materials for partners across the business.

Participate and organize meetings with internal teams (e.g., customer success, product team) to collect feedback and drive action on the initiatives.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team

Partner with regions/ BL, finance, and marketing teams to plan and execute on the TU’s coverage model.

About the Ideal Candidate

University degree, MBA an asset, or senior equivalent work experience in Business or Economics

6-8 years of experience. Preferable experience in planning or/and Finance. Business knowledge is a plus.

Strong understanding of the Travel Distribution industry. Preferably strong knowledge on the APAC markets and dynamics, business models.

Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
