Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team in Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach,The Bheemili Resort - Managed by Accor & Novotel Vijayawada Varun. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing our organization's revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies and data-driven decision-making.

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory allocationAnalyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make informed decisionsUtilize revenue management systems and data analysis tools to forecast demand and identify revenue opportunitiesCollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departmentsGenerate regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, key metrics, and market insightsMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as neededIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue management efficiencyStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue managementProvide training and guidance to team members on revenue management principles and techniquesParticipate in budget planning and forecasting processes
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in revenue management or related fieldProficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis toolsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent financial modeling and forecasting abilitiesIn-depth understanding of pricing strategies and yield management techniquesKnowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industryOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlinesStrategic thinking and decision-making capabilitiesExperience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferredRevenue Management certification is a plusDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentGoal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
