YOUR TASKS

\n\n\n\tImplement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.\n\tUndertakes any assignment/special project as determined by the Retail Manager.\n\tAdhere to country & Company standards and agreed the operational procedures with all departments to enhance the Retail Outlet Service qualities.\n\tInterface with various internal DHL departments (Operation, Customer Service, Marketing, and Account & IT Dept) to ensure service alignment & enhancement.\n\tTo manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet.\n\tConduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlet.\n\tMaintain retail outlet Cash shipment data.\n\tCoordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office.\n\tTrack store performance through a store scorecard sheet.Implement store hours\n\tBe committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.\n\n\n\n

YOUR PROFILE

\n\nExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.\nWell- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.\nTypically requires Diploma in related discipline and or 1- 2 years of working experience.\n\n
