DescriptionTo produce an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities· Responsible for the order, organization, and cleanliness of restaurant, bar, pool, and beach areas.· All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.· A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlets.· Innovation and new ideas are fostered, collected, and communicated to the General Manager.· The growth of internal talent within the outlets is successfully implemented.· Always provide a professional and courteous service and ensure that all employees of the F&B department follow the standards.· Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area including pool and beach is kept clean and always organised.· Execute and demand the team to always execute the highest level of service and set-up standards.· Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the residence / resort.· Actively participate in menu design in cooperation with the Chef de Cuisine.· Assist in preparation of the F&B department’s budget.· Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment.· Implement a flexible work schedule based on business patterns.· Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
Job Requirements· Minimum 2 years in F&B management role, preferably with a 5* hotel chain, residence / resort.· Proficiency in English.· Ability to operate computer and office equipment.· Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.· Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.· Excellent organizational and time management skills.· Applies a professional, confidential, and ethical approach always.· Works in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
