Responsibilities:
Monitor, operate, and maintain network security products, assist with troubleshooting, plan upgrades, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions. Perform moderate product customizations and act as a trusted advisor to customers. Collaborate closely with sales, support, and R&D teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a software company

Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments

Experience with networking devices (switches, routers, etc.)

Hands-on experience with firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)

Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud security management

Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills

Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines

Customer-focused with the ability to build trust

Results-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Willing to travel up to 35%, including frequent on-site visits across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East

Preferred Skills:

Scripting skills in Linux (Perl, Python, Shell)

Familiarity with virtual routing and software-defined networking (SDN)
