Your responsibilities will include: + **Reservation Handling:** Shadow and assist in **booking processes** , ensuring accuracy and seamless guest experiences. + **Guest Communication:** Learn to manage reservation inquiries via **phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs)** such as Booking.com and Expedia. + **System Management:** Get trained in **Opera (PMS) and Reserve Reservation System** , mastering profile management, updating reservations, and handling group/corporate rates. + **Payment & Revenue Control:** Assist in **reviewing payments, handling credit card rejections, and ensuring correct rate application** . + **Daily & Weekly Operations:** Support the team in checking **overbookings, long stays, special requests, and reconfirming reservations** . + **Collaboration with Other Departments:** Work closely with **Sales, Marketing, and Front Office** to align guest reservations with operational needs. + **Process Improvement:** Learn standard operating procedures ( **SOPs** ) and contribute ideas for optimization. **Qualifications:** **What We’re Looking For:** + **Full-Time Commitment** : This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday.
