Reservations Admin: Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu

**Description:**
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Reservations Admin is responsible for assisting guests and partners with making reservations for rooms, dining, and other hotel services. They may take reservations over the phone, via email, or through online booking systems You will work closely with Revenue, Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a certificate or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in Front Office department in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Computer literate and excellent English communication skills both in written and verbal.
