We are passionate about research that both advances science and meaningfully influences our products and services. You will be part of a tight-knit, productive, and highly-collaborative research team that publishes at the top venues in machine learning and AI. Our research topics includes large language models and code models, AI agents, software vulnerability detection, and fundamentally new approaches to machine learning, just to name a few. About Oracle Labs

Oracle Labs is the sole organization at Oracle that is devoted exclusively to research. We focus on the development of technologies that keep Oracle at the forefront of the computer industry. Oracle Labs researchers study and design novel approaches and methodologies, often taking on projects with high risk or uncertainty, or that are difficult to tackle within a product development organization. Oracle Labs’ research is focused on real-world outcomes: our researchers aim to develop technologies that will someday play a significant role in the evolution of technology and society. For example, chip multithreading and the Java programming language grew out of work done in Oracle Labs.
