YOUR TASKS

• Support Commercial team to grow DHL Express market-share in Time Definite International products, service charges and surcharges
\n• Conduct market research regularly and provide latest market information / insight for management's review
\n• Maintain a database for product / service pricing
\n• Provide support to manager to ensure changes to products, service charges and surcharges are implemented and communicated to all relevant staff and customers in a timely manner
\n• Assist the management to plan and compile the annual sales revenue budget and monthly reforecast, which includes data collection, situation analysis, assumption and proposed changes
\n• Prepare sales performance reports to support regular business review
\n• Provide necessary support (e.g. revenue performance by products, price simulation) to the management for analysis of sales and margin performance of products
\n• Liaise with research agencies regarding market research studies, and help to follow up on research results
\n• Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions

YOUR PROFILE
\n• 4 years' relevant experience, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
\n• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
\n• Proficient in English (reading and writing)
