CACI is seeking an experienced Requirements Manager, SME to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). Strong background in requirements analysis and sustainment engineering, preferably with a focus on defense and intelligence community environments.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Requirements Manager, SME:  

Performs requirements analysis throughout the entire sustainment engineering process and provides Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) in support of warfighter experience (WX) services Identifies warfighters’ technology needs and achieves understanding of how they interact with the EIE Ensures all requirements are met as outlined in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and NIST SP 800-37 for the development of Xacta package Bodies of Evidence  Provides responsive engineering and domain expertise, for a timeframe to be determined as the requirements emerge, and may be for a short- or long-term duration Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments Plans and leads major technology assignments Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments May supervise others 

 

Required Experience:

Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) 

A minimum of 13+ years of relevant experience  

Must possess an active Secret security clearance. 

Required 8140 Cert: 641 - Intermediate - FITSP-M or GSEC or CCSP or CFR or SSCP or Security+ OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated OR Training AND Additional Cert: Desired: CSEP • CERTIFIED SYSTEM ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL INCOSE 

 Demonstrates experience in developing Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), with expertise to identify and translate warfighter technology needs into actionable requirements.  

Proven experience in providing responsive engineering solutions and domain expertise to sustain and optimize technical capabilities.  

Foundation in military technology needs assessment and enterprise-level systems integration is beneficial. 

Familiarity with ODNI Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and NIST SP 800-37 standards for the development of Xacta package Bodies of Evidence desired.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
