About this opportunity:
As a Reporting Analyst Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute analytics-driven solutions in the telecom domain, focusing on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and service improvement. Your role includes transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics.
What you will do:
• Solution Design & Development: Develop and integrate data analytics solutions.
• Report Development: Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Building Dashboards & Reports. Design interactive dashboards and automated reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Data Translation: Convert complex analytics models into actionable insights, including executive summaries and operational reports.
• Automation & Data Engineering: Implement data pipelines and workflows for automated report generation and efficient data processing.
• Model Lifecycle Management: Enhance existing models and drive reusability across telecom operations.
Technology Domain:
• Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SSRS, Excel.
• Database & Querying: SQL, SQL Server, BigQuery.
• Programming & Scripting: Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), R.
• Cloud & Data Engineering: Data pipelines, ETL, data warehousing.
• Automation & RPA: UiPath, Python-based automation, automated reporting workflows.
• Telecom & Network Analytics: Telecom KPIs, NOC/SOC performance analysis, customer experience analytics.
The skills you bring:
• Expertise in data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud technologies for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Strong report-writing skills, including technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in automating reports/dashboards for real-time decision-making.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, statistical modeling, and telecom network analytics.
• Agile, data-driven mindset with a focus on innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools .
