WV is dedicated to maintaining a safe, cost-efficient, environmentally friendly, and operationally effective fleet.
Join the Global Fleet Management team to help us establish a comprehensive profile of our fleet operations. Your role will be pivotal in gathering critical data that will inform strategic decisions aimed at enhancing efficiencies, reducing the frequency and impact of road traffic incidents, and minimizing our carbon footprint.
What You'll Do:
Data Analysis for Fleet Dashboards: Collate, analyze, and prepare data for Global Fleet Dashboards and ad-hoc reports related to Fleet Profiles, Road Traffic Crashes, and Carbon Emissions.
Fleet Management App Enhancements: Partner with National Offices to assess and improve the Fleet Management App created using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Fleet Performance Reporting: Aid the Fleet Management and Analytics Advisor in preparing fleet performance reports, summarizing key findings from the Fleet Management App project
Fleet Procurement Strategies: Participate in the establishment of a Prequalified Supplier List of Vehicle Suppliers and other fleet-related procurement activities and discussions.

Location: Remote within the US. You must be physically located in one of the following states where WVI is registered as an employer: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia (Washington D.C.), Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
Appropriate Fields of Study/Majors: Masters of Business Administration, Operations Management, Security and Risk Management, Analytics.
Internship Cohort Dates: 27 May – 22 August.
Stipend: this internship is unpaid, but all US-based interns receive a monthly stipend of $800.
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available (24-40 hours/week)
Eligibility
All candidates must meet the following requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
Eligible to work in the United States (US Citizen/resident or F1-student visa) and have a valid US Social Security Number.
Able to commit to at least 24 hours per week for the entire internship period: 27 May – 22 August.
Recent college graduate or graduate student (current or within the past 2 years).
Adhere to World Vision International’s Christian Statement of Faith.
Willingness to use own electronic devices for internship purposes, and disposition to let WVI install endpoint security software in those devices.
