You Will Be Part of a Growing Team
As a Reliability Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our production and maintenance team on Mozzanica Plant.
You will assist with:
Support the development of the Facility Maintenance Strategy by gathering data, analyzing asset history, and contributing to strategy documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
Assist in solving equipment reliability issues by applying fundamental reliability tools and techniques (e.g., failure mode analysis, basic root cause analysis).
Help evaluate plant performance against the existing maintenance strategy by collecting performance metrics and identifying possible gaps.
Participate in long-term improvement projects by analyzing failure trends and supporting basic probability analysis using real plant data from specific operations.
Promote reliability best practices by helping to communicate and document “Reliability Centered Culture” principles in collaboration with operations and maintenance teams.
Help maintain digital models or documentation that map unit operations, key assets, and reliability opportunities to support decision-making.
Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities by comparing plant performance data with strategic goals and helping to prioritize action items.
Apply basic cost-of-ownership principles and support reliability-focused procurement decisions by helping evaluate vendor specifications or maintenance requirements.
Collaborate across disciplines with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to understand how reliability principles are applied in real-world plant operations.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Chemical, Process, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Interest in continuous improvement and plant optimization
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn advanced tools (Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, etc.)
Fluent in Italian; working knowledge of English
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
