We are looking for a visionary Regional TA Enablement Lead for Americas to support the Global Talent Acquisition team on its transformation journey. It is a pivotal role focused on transforming and advancing Ericsson’s hiring practices through learning and development.
The role exists to strengthen Ericsson’s ability to remain a leader in the market. The quality of the talent we bring in, will determine how innovative and successful we are in the future. The Regional TA Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring that Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners in the region are enabled to be great at hiring – selecting high quality talent and providing exceptional experiences throughout the end-to-end process
What you will do: Drive training and change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new ways of working, including processes & tools.Act as SME & main point of contact for all TA Enablement in the region.Closely monitor and track training completion.Partner with Regional Delivery Team Managers and local Power Users to understand local enablement needs, in the form of knowledge gaps or end user learning styles, and ensuring best practice behaviour and WoW are adopted.Partner with Regional Operations Lead to gain understanding of the new way of working, process or tool.Innovate and suggest new ways of enabling our teams, being creative around learning format and style of delivering the learning.Drive the Global TA Culture and build strong, trust-based relationships with the delivery teams to create a strong community.Own a global project, e.g. designing the TA One Stop Shop, integrating learning nudges in our tools and systems, creating new global learning pathways etc.Contribute to global Enablement projects and initiativesThe skills you bring: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Sociology or any related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field Proven experience working as a recruiter, both in an agency setting and in-house.Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.Skilled at presenting information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.Expertise in designing creative and engaging learning experiences that cater to various learning styles.Teaching or instructional experience is a plus, but not mandatory.Background in content creation or influencer marketing is a plusThis role will work extensively with management teams and requires excellent relationship management and communication skills.
