**Key Summary of Position:**
Responsible for executing sales strategies for the region. Responsible for maintaining relationships with KOLs in order to achieve sales target. Leads and manages channel sales team in the region. 负责区域市场销售策略执行。与渠道内的主要联系人维护良好的关系,以实现销售预期目标。负责管理区域销售团队。.
**Key responsibilities:**
1. 带领负责区域内的销售团队按季完成区域销售指标
Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.
2. 根据所掌握的信息制定并执行所负责区域的销售及业务发展计划
Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information.
3. 建立所负责区域的代理商销售网络,管理代理商的绩效以完成公司的销售任务;
Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target.
4. 建立并维护与区域内大客户之间的良好关系;
Build and keep good relationship with key accounts within responsible areas.
5. 在所负责区域内组织各项市场推广活动,并建立良好的品牌形象
Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.
6. 及时与上级沟通并如实报告业务状况。
Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of business.
**Qualification and requirements:**
1. 有生物/临床医学/医学检验,或相关专业背景,大专以上学历;
College degree or above with education background of biological/clinical medicine/medical examination, or related qualification.
2. 10年相关市场和销售工作经验(临床检验类产品销售经验者优先);
10 years sales and marketing experience (clinical examination is preferred).
3. 具备良好的大客户管理及市场活动组织能力;
Skilled in key account management, good capabilities of planning and execution of marketing activities
4. 有良好的沟通能力,执行能力,为人诚恳,踏实肯干。
Good communication skills, executive ability, honest and willing to work.
