Join Danaher | Beckman Coulter Diagnostics – Product Specialist, Microbiology (MEA Region)

We are currently seeking a Product Specialist to join our dynamic Product Management Team in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role will support our fast-evolving Microbiology portfolio, playing a key part in delivering impactful diagnostics that help shape healthcare outcomes across the region.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application trainings to internal stakeholders and customers through the Dubai Vision Center.
+ Partner with commercial teams to drive pre-sales activities, including VOC collection, customer consultations, and competitive assessments.
+ Support product launches, build marketing strategies, and co-develop promotional materials tailored to MEA markets.
+ Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) while representing Beckman Coulter at conferences, trade shows, and customer negotiations.
+ Conduct market trend analysis, competitive landscape research, and strategic business development assessments.
+ Serve as the regional subject matter expert on Microbiology ID/AST solutions, providing consultative support for new and existing customers.
+ Coordinate sales enablement tools and trainings to upskill field teams and channel partners (CPs) across MEA.
+ Act as a strategic link between regional teams and global functions (e.g., Tech Support, Global Marketing, Regulatory Affairs).
+ Champion best practice sharing across the region to foster continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Clinical Diagnostics, or Life Sciences (MBA or MS/PhD preferred).
+ Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product management, ideally within IVD Microbiology or Molecular Diagnostics.
+ Deep understanding of clinical microbiology workflows, specifically Bacterial Identification and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (ID/AST).
+ Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, market assessments, and go-to-market strategies.
+ Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
+ Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft tools.
+ Fluent English; French is a plus.
+ Willingness to travel up to 40%, including international assignments.
